Your Plan, Your Way
Prior to birth we will sit down and create a birth plan that fits your family's needs. We will cover what is needed from me, and services I can provide to make your day as relaxing and comfortable as possible. My hope will be to empower you to have the birth you want!
Professional Information
After 4 natural births of my own, and countless births attended, I hope to use that information to make your birth a beautiful, peaceful experience.
During labor
I offer many services during labor to include, suport for both Mother and Father, water birth experience, birth balls, different massaging techniques, coaching, relaxation techniques, different positions. I can also act as an advocate for your birth plan.
Baby’s first feeding Support
After the birth I will stay and help with the first feeding. This will help with bonding and also allow for any questions or concerns.
Postpartum follow-up visit
The day following the birth I will check in and make sure things are continueing to go as planned. I will be available for any further questions or needs. I will also be available by phone if needed further.

As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
As a Doula I do not preform any clinical tasks! I am knowledgable of many medical procedures of labor and delivary, but I DO NOT preform any.
Make decisions for you
As a Doula I will not make any decisions for you. My job is to advocate for the choices you have made. I will help educate, support and empower you to have the birth you want.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
I am your advocate. Following the birth plan you created, and or the information you ask me during labor, I will make sure your voice is heard. I will make sure your needs are met, so you can focus on bringing your beautiful baby home.
I will not project any of my own beliefs onto your experience!
This is your birth. While I do tend to focus on natural labor and delivary, things sometimes change. I will be there to support your needs.
