When you love something so much you have to share it with others.  Birth and babies has run in my blood since I was a child.  My first experience was at 14 years old when I was able to witness the birth of my baby sister.  After that I knew I wanted to work with mothers and babies when I grew up.  With the help of some life changing midwives I had the privilege of helping during several births.  I knew I had found my passion! 

 

After a very stressful, very unknowing birth experience with our first sweet boy, we knew we had to do it differently the next time.  We found The Bradley Method® after my Mother and Father introduced us to the classes.  The classes prepared my husband and I for an amazing natural, relaxed birth experience.   With the help of my amazing doula coaching me, I was able to give birth to our second son at home, with no medication.  It was a much calmer, much happier birth experience.  Since then, with my husband by my side and the help of our doula we have naturally given birth to 2 darling girls!

I earned my certification in Colorado Springs in 2019.  It was a dream come true.  I have jumped in with both feet and immersed myself in the birthing world.  My family still calls Colorado Springs, CO home.  I have been able to teach natural childbirth classes and assist in many beautiful births since my certification.  No matter how many births I assist I am always in awe of the incredible love and strength a women has.  Whether at home, hospital, ceasareon, water or birth center women are champions.
